How Organizing Works

    Reach Out

    Contact us by phone or email. Everything you share is confidential. We will never contact your employer without your permission.

    Build Support

    A Teamsters organizer will meet with you and your coworkers to discuss workplace issues and help build a majority of support for the union.

  3. 3

    Win Your Union

    Once a majority of workers sign authorization cards, you can file for a union election. When you win, you negotiate your first contract together.
